At Coach Greg Inc., we are committed to your fitness journey and offer a 30-day return policy for all unused apparel and equipment in original packaging. Please note that nutritional supplements and digital training programs are non-refundable once opened or accessed.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
